The Hall of Fire, usually empty and quiet, is now packed nigh unto bursting. The flames in their great hearths simmer quietly, adding a gentle golden glow to the proceedings. In the alcoves, elvish minstrels strum their instruments, flooding the hall with sweet music. The guests continue to trickle in, conversing in low voices. The great banquet they have just finished has left them content and satisfied and ready to learn the names of the winners for tonight’s award ceremony.

Goodness, good afternoon, dear Readers! I do apologize for the delay in getting this post up today. I just got back from a quest I had to undertake over the weekend, and while it was a pleasant quest (no orcs or dread prophecies or trekking barefoot over sharp objects involved) (though it DID involve a few rings… that may or may not have been magical… time will tell…) I must admit that I returned from this whirlwind trip absolutely exhausted and had no time to write up my voting post until just now!
