Bringing You a Magical New Story for Summer...

Today is the day!

Today is the day! Today I get to reveal the cover for my newest book! You may remember me talking about this fairy tale story last year when I wrote it in a whirlwind after deciding to put my plans for finishing the final Turrim Archive book on hold for a bit.

Well, that story is finished, edited, polished, and just about ready for readers! And today, you get to see the beautiful cover, designed by the amazing and incomparable Savannah Jezowski of Dragonpen Designs!

Savannah has been my absolute hero throughout this entire process. From the first concepts, to the refining of the cover, to this final product, she has been so patient with me and the difficulty I have when it comes to describing what I’m picturing and making it come to life in spite of my fumbling attempts to explain what I wanted. And she even made some amazing eleventh-hour changes that just perfected and completed the cover so beautifully… but also meant a ton of additional time and effort and frustration as we tried to get everything to upload to the various sites correctly… but through it all, she has been amazing!

So now, the time has come, both to show you the cover…

Echo enjoys the peace and solitude of the Faeorn forest, regardless of how strange spending time in the “haunted” wood seems to others.

But on the cusp of her thirteenth birthday, the discovery of a family secret reveals why Echo has never been drawn to the sea like her mother. This discovery shakes the foundations of her world and sends Echo on a quest, not merely into the forest, but into the heart of the fae-lands themselves, to rescue the sister she didn’t know existed.

Elves, dragons, and fairy courts will put Echo’s wit and resolve to the test. But with time running out for her sister, will Echo even be able to save herself?

A fairytale adventure perfect for fans of The Secret of Roan Innish and The Girl Who Drank the Moon.

Yep, you read that button right! For this book, we are doing a HARDCOVER version! And the back cover has a little extra magic on it. We included a portrait of the main character, Echo McIntyre.

Wanna see her? (If you click on the hardcover preorder, you can see the full back cover over at amazon, but for here, I’ll just include the character portrait).

Enjoy!

I just think she’s adorable!
